Norman the Hedgehog and Shark decide to have a bonfire to celebrate the longest night of the year, and the assurance that the days will slowly get longer and spring will return. It's a bit chilly, but Shark manages to keep his washtub thawed by the fire that Norman managed to put together. Unfortunately, neither one of them remembered to bring the marshmallows!
This painting is goauche (a water-based acrylic paint) on watercolor paper. It now lives in Fredericksburg, Texas!
